Previous to that, he worked in wealth management before changing careers and earning a culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute in New York (now the Institute of Culinary Education).

Aaron grew up in the Midwest, but has called New York City home for nearly a decade. When he isn’t working, most of his free time is spent watching trashy reality television with a glass of whiskey or wine.
