Adam Rothbarth
Adam Rothbarth is a former professional cook and longtime writer who has contributed to Chicago Magazine, Eater, Thrillist, and more. He was formerly the Food & Kitchen Writer at VICE's shopping page, Rec Room, and was a frequent contributor to Munchies. He reviews everything from cookbooks, cooking and dining gear, and bar tools to food products and beverages. Prior to VICE, Adam was the staff writer for Sauce Magazine, St. Louis' primary independent food publication.

Adam loves to cook and make cocktails at his home in Chicago. When not testing out new recipes, kitchen gear, and cookbooks on his own, he entertains regularly, loves throwing pizza parties, and runs a monthly cookbook club.
