Remember that episode of Seinfeld when Elaine has the genius idea of opening up a bakery that sells only the tops of muffins? Well, the idea for these Blueberry and Cream Cookies wasn't all that different from Elaine's. For these cookies, Christina Tosi wanted to create a cookie with all of the crumbly goodness of a blueberry muffin top.

Adapted from Momofuku Milk Bar, these cookies take Tosi's chewy-crisp cookie dough and add tiny dried blueberries and Milk Crumb, little salty-sweet nuggets of milk powder and white chocolate for cookies that are even more enjoyable than snacking on the top of a blueberry muffin.

And as an added bonus, with these cookies you aren't left with the dreaded muffin stumps.

As always with our Bake the Book feature, we have five (5) copies of 'Momofuku Milk Bar' to give away.
