Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces blue cheese (113g; about 1 cup)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (3 3/4 ounces; 110g)

  • 1/4 cup sour cream (2 1/4 ounces; 64g)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tablespoon of juice)

  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) white vinegar

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash blue cheese with a fork until a paste forms. Whisk in mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and vinegar until a smooth sauce forms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
