Bourbon Chocolate Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  •  
  • Accompaniments: cubed pound cake, marshmallows, cigarette wafer cookies, strawberries, cut fruit

Directions

  1. Heat cream in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until just simmering. Reduce heat to low and stir in chocolate until smooth. Stir in bourbon. Serve with desired accompaniments.
