After working in the service industry for ten years and completing his BA in English with Honors at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Brandon moved to New York and graduated top of his class from the Institute of Culinary Education. Upon graduation, Brandon worked at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and then began writing about food and beverage full time. Brandon’s work has appeared in Eater, Epicurious, Wine Enthusiast, and elsewhere, and was cited in the Other Distinguished Food Writing section of Best American Food writing 2023.
