Toast With Refried Beans and Avocado Recipe

Serves 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sandwich bread (see note)

  • 1 cup homemade or store-bought vegan refried beans

  • 1 avocadothinly sliced

  • A few slivers white onion

  • Coarse sea salt such as Maldon or fleur de sel

Directions

  1. Toast bread to desired level of doneness. Top with refried beans and avocado (mash with a fork if desired). Add slivered onions, sprinkle with salt, and serve.
