Carolyn Grillo
Carolyn is seasoned reviews editor who evaluated kitchenware and reviewed ingredients at America's Test Kitchen for nine years. Her culinary background—she studied French pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked as a baker—helps her keenly evaluate products, especially bakeware. As a New Jersey native, Carolyn has strong opinions about Taylor ham and Italian delis and isn't afraid to share them. When Carolyn is not working she's reading, baking, napping, and spending time with her wife and one-year-old son.

Favorite Purchase:
In our house we can't live without our Technivorm Moccamaster coffee pot. We brew at least one pot of Tandem coffee in this machine every morning. It routinely makes excellent, hot cups of coffee. The best part is that we've had it for seven years and it's still going strong.
