Experience
Chadwick Boyd is an author, TV host, judge, food media entrepreneur, and vegetable-lover who has written about the very specific topic of celery for Serious Eats. He teamed with celebrity chef Carla Hall in 2018 to create Biscuit Time Tours—they travel the country giving biscuit making demos and building community by bringing people together to break bread. They've even made biscuits for US military and their families in Germany.
In addition to regularly contributing food stories and recipes to magazines, he wrote Entertaining with Vegetables (2016), and is regularly featured on Food Network, TODAY.com, Lifetime, and others. His short episode series, Reel Food, plays in 15,000 movie theaters across the country, and he also has a series called Chadwick Has it Made with CNN.com. He is also working on another book.
Based in New York but with another test kitchen and office in Atlanta, Chadwick regularly travels for culinary adventures and appearances. He and his team specialize in brand partnerships, content creation, and production, and he also sits on the boards of both the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Heritage Radio Network.
