Char Siu Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dry sherry

  • 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder

Directions

  1. Whisk together together ketchup, hoisin, honey, soy sauce, sherry, and five spice powder in a small bowl. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to a month.
