Craig Cavallo is a food writer and photographer in New York. He lived in New York City for thirteen years and, while there, worked in restaurants and wrote about food for Saveur, Condé Nast Traveler, GQ, Grub Street, Thrillist, and VICE's Munchies, in addition to Serious Eats. He is the co-author of the book, American Cider: A Modern Guide to a Historic Beverage (2021). He is also co-owner of Golden Russet Café & Grocery in Rhinebeck, New York.
