Experience

Craig joined the Dotdash team in 2023 as the test kitchen fellow for the Dotdash Meredith Food Studios. He is now a test kitchen assistant. He comes from years of work in restaurants in Mississippi and New Orleans, and he holds a Bachelors in Culinary Arts. Since he joined the Dotdash team, he has developed and tested countless recipe for Serious Eats, Food & Wine, Southern Living, and other Dotdash brands.
