I’m a chef that first become enamored with cooking watching my incredible grandmother make South Indian magic. I grew up in Garland, Texas, worked my way up the restaurant industry and now currently run a pop up experience, where I collaborate with other restaurants and chefs and passionate food people here in Austin where I bring my South Indian Texan perspective. I also write, make content and have a podcast that you can find and subscribe to at my Substack, siccpalette.substack.com .

Experience

I’m a professional chef with over a decade of experience. Working at some of the best restaurants in Texas, I started as a dishwasher, and made my way up the restaurant industry holding positions from a line cook to a butcher to a manager. I’ve had my own business since 2014, which have at some point included an award winning food trailer and a farmers market stand. Currently, I run a supper club/ pop up experience here in Austin, Texas.
