Experience

With over 15 years of practical hospitality industry, I’ve done everything from working the line at a Michelin-starred restaurants, teaching cooking classes, and on-the-ground reporting of the agricultural industries. I’ve also spent years as a recipe editor, with time spent in various publication’s test kitchens testing and developing recipes. All of this culminates in being a really lovely hybrid of a knowledgeable home cook and a pro chef.
