Ingredients

  • 1 ounce homemade quince syrup
  • 1/4 ounce allspice dram
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice, from 1 lemon
  • 1 ounce pear nectar
  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • Lemon peel for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add quince syrup, allspice dram, lemon juice, pear nectar, light rum, and dark rum. Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with lemon peel if desired.
