Fatima Khawaja
Fatima grew up in Lahore, Pakistan, where she studied food and nutrition in school and cooked in restaurants. She immigrated to New York to go to the acclaimed Culinary Institute of America, where she good her bachelor's degree in culinary arts. After graduating, she moved to Manhattan, where she cooked at some of the city's best restaurants, including Cosme and Bouchon Bakery. She was previously the test kitchen manager at Saveur. She is now a private chef and freelance recipe teter and writer while parenting her four-year-old daughter, who loves baking as much as she does.
