Dutch Courage from Highlands Bar and Grill Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 ounces genever

  • Scant 1/2 ounce cointreau

  • 2 1/2 ounces Satsuma juice

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

  • Small slice of a Satsuma or blood orange

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add genever, Cointreau, Satsuma juice, and orange bitters. Shake well and strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
