Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Del Maguey Vida mezcal
  • 1 ounce Redbreast Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Benedictine
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Garnish: Apple slice

Directions

  1. Add mezcal, whiskey, Benedictine, and bitters to mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with apple slice and serve.
