Grace Parisi started her culinary career in commercial food styling. She moved on to writing, recipe development, and editorial work, serving as Food & Wine magazine's senior test kitchen editor for 18 years. Here Parisi wrote columns and contributed to print, online, and video platforms.

Over the years Parisi has contributed her writing, recipe development, and styling skills to many publications, including Martha Stewart Living, Cooking Light, Fitness, Epicurious, O Magazine, and more. She has authored and created recipes for a number of cookbooks, including The Quick Pickle Cookbook, Lasagna: A Baked Pasta Cookbook, Get Saucy, The Portlandia Cookbook, and Summer/Winter Pasta.

She is the culinary director for Sitka Salmon Shares, where she leads a team of recipe developers, stylists, and food photographers in creating seafood recipes.
