Ingredients

  • 1 recipe guacamole

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Chinese fermented chile bean paste

  • 6 scallions, finely sliced

  • 2 teaspoons hot chile oil

Directions

  1. Combine guacamole with chile-bean paste to taste. Fold in scallions. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with chili oil. Serve immediately with warm tortilla chips.
