As a leading publisher of sous vide content on the internet, we get a lot of questions about possible applications of the cooking method. Can I sous vide sushi? Would I be able to make a grilled cheese with an immersion circulator? Has anyone tried sous viding ice?
All very good questions that we will explore in the future.
But I was recently listening to some Phil Collins when an even more important question popped into my mind: Can I Sous-Sous Sous Vide-ee-oh, oh oh? Goddamn! I screamed. Why has no one thought of this before?!?!?!?!!
So I set to it, and the answer is: Yup.
