What's your desert island food and why?

"A huge tray of traditional lasagna bolognese; the kind with a million layers of thin pasta, hearty meat sauce, and rich bechamel."

What's your favorite condiment and why?

"A good garlic aioli! I love anything creamy. It works well on everything from burgers to french fries; have you ever tried it on sweet potato fries? OMG."
