Justin is a recipe developer, food writer, culinary producer and far too proud to be from New Jersey.

After some time fooling himself into thinking he wanted to be a software engineer, Justin spent 2 years tossing dough and manning wood fired ovens in some of New York's best pizza shops, namely Roberta's.

From there Justin went on to work at Delish doing essentially every job they'd let him do: dishwasher, recipe developer, chicken finger theorist, on camera talent and too many more.

The viral videos that feature Justin's eclectic recipes have garnered millions of views and TONS of praise from his mom. When not in the kitchen you can see Justin performing and producing live comedy at NYC institutions like the Upright Citizens Brigade and the Brooklyn Comedy Collective.
