Stockholm-bred food writer Kalle Bergman is obsessed with simple food, real recipes, and honest cooking, especially traditional fare from his native Scandinavia. He has written about the Scandinavian food scene and Nordic culinary folklore, and shared family recipes in his features for The Huffington Post, Gourmet, Los Angeles Times, and Serious Eats. Through Honest Cooking, Kalle created the NORTH Festival, one of the world’s largest celebrations of Nordic food, held in New York City and Los Angeles.
