Favorite Purchase

BarVivo Corkscrew: I'm a sommelier, which means I'm opening a pretty staggering number of bottles per week. That also means I'm incredibly picky about my corkscrews. This is by far the best one I've ever used. It's still sharp after years of owning it and it slides through corks like butter, plus a serrated blade makes quick work of foil. High-performing, budget-friendly, and wildly durable.

Education

WSET, BarSmarts, Working Sommelier; Kate has a Master's in fine arts from McMaster University and a Master’s in luxury brand management from Savannah College of Art & Design.
