Leela Punyaratabanhu is a food writer and recipe developer. Since 2008, she has written about Thai cuisine on her cooking blog, SheSimmers.com. Leela is the author of three cookbooks: Simple Thai Food: Classic Recipes from the Thai Home Kitchen (2014), Bangkok: Recipes and Stories from the Heart of Thailand (2017), and Flavors of the Southeast Asian Grill: Classic Recipes for Meats and Seafood Cooked Over Charcoal (2020).
