Lily's experiences working in and around the food industry—as a butcher's apprentice, a summer intern in the kitchens of Daniel Boulud and Missy Foster, an editorial intern at Serious Eats, and recipe developer at Bon Appetit—provided the foundation for her career in wine. She became an expert on the global wine market and cellar liquidation while working with wine collectors, retailers, and auction houses as the client specialist at WineCredit. Lily orchestrated large-scale tasting events showcasing some of the world's rarest wines, curated wine workshops, and led a high-profile virtual tasting program at Acker, one of the world's leading wine auction houses and oldest wine shops in America.
