Lindsay Anderson is a writer and editor who holds a Master of Food Culture and Communications degree from Italy's University of Gastronomic Sciences. After a year of food blogging for Tourism Richmond, she embarked on a 22,990 mile journey across Canada with her friend Dana VanVeller to tell stories of Canadian food culture on a Saveur award-winning blog; shortly after, they received a cookbook deal with Appetite by Random House, and FEAST: Recipes and Stories from a Canadian Road Trip was published in 2017. Since then, she's consulted on a cookbook about Inuit country food, written for major food and travel publications, copyedited recipes for companies like Row 7 Seeds, and worked as an editor in a variety of academic and professional capacities.

Education

Lindsay received a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from the University of Victoria and a Master of Food Culture and Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
