Nermine Mansour
Nermine Mansour is the founder of the blog Chez Nermine, where she shares iconic Egyptian recipes. A former diplomat who is now a food writer, Nermine uses her diplomatic skills and in-depth knowledge of Egyptian cuisine to place her food heritage at the forefront of the world culinary map.
Within the last two decades, Nermine has lived in nine different cities across five continents, including Cairo, Guatemala, Algiers, Paris, Washington D.C., and Yeravan. During her latest adventure in Singapore, Nermine hosted cooking shows, developed food content for digital platforms, and hosted Egyptian and Mediterranean pop-up dinners.
Nermine's work has been featured in The New York Times, Cuisine and Wine Asia, and on Colors Asia Pacific Channel. She is currently based in Alexandria, VA, where she is writing her first cookbook.
