Orange-Ginger and Lime Pickle Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Indian-style hot lime pickle (such as Patak's)

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

  • 1 (1/2-inch) knob peeled ginger

  • 2 tablespoons sliced scallions

Directions

  1. Combine lime pickle, orange juice, and ginger in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down sides and watering down with water as necessary. Transfer to a dipping bowl, garnish with scallions, and serve with fried chicken.
