Pamelia Chia is a recipe developer, culinary teacher, and food writer based in the Netherlands. Born and raised in Singapore, her training was in Food Science and Technology before she went on to cook professionally in Singapore and Melbourne. Pamelia has written two bestselling cookbooks: Wet Market to Table: A Modern Approach to Fruit & Vegetables and Plantasia: A Vegetarian Cookbook Through Asia. She is also the author of Singapore Noodles, a weekly newsletter that celebrates Asian food cultures and cuisines.
