Experience
My experience is driven by my love of food, from learning the basics of cuban cooking with my mom, watching food network as a child, to working at America's Test Kitchen. This invaluable experience sharpened my technical skills and deepened my understanding of recipe developing. I've had the opportunity to cater intimate gatherings and events, work as a private chef, and host my own dinner pop-ups, bringing my passion for food to life for others and honing my culinary skills.
Education
- Internship at Tenuta di Spannocchia: here I took part in a harvest and assisted in making wine, harvested olives and learned how to make olive oil, and immersed myself in Tuscan cuisine and culture.
