2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce grapefruit juice, from 1 grapefruit
1/4 ounce lemon juice, from 1 lemon
1 ounce homemade quince syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, quince syrup, and bitters. Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass.
