Posie grew up in a household filled with homemade everything, from crackers to bread to ice cream. She honed her cooking skills in the test kitchens of Food52 and King Arthur Baking Company where she worked as an editor. As the parent to two little boys, she regularly bakes and cooks to please all manner of tastes. She has authored cookbooks, edited baking magazines, and written her own fiction and recipe blog for years.
