Quick Chipotle-Orange Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces bottled barbecue sauce (1 1/2 cups), preferably Cattlemen’s
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped chipotles in adobo
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, orange juice, honey, chipotles, and ancho chili powder. Use immediately or pour back in bottle and store in refrigerator for up to a month.
