Rochelle is an editor for Serious Eats. After attending culinary school and working as a professional cook, Rochelle honed her digital journalism skills at Bon Appétit magazine. Originally hired as the web staff writer, Rochelle advanced to an associate editor then senior editor before taking on the role of social media manager. From there, Rochelle took on the role of social media manager at Cooking Light; she was promoted to social media director before spending a handful of years freelance writing and editing.
Rochelle began freelancing for Serious Eats in 2022, where she wrote articles and reviews. She joined the team full-time in February 2024.
Education
Rochelle holds a B.A. in Communications from Le Moyne College, as well as a Grande Diplome in Classic Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute (now a part of the Institute of Culinary Education).
