Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce Recipe

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek fresh crushed chile paste

  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1/4 cup warm water

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve with fried chicken.
