Ingredients
3/4 ounce Suze
1 1/4 ounces St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
4 ounces chilled Cava
Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
Add Suze and St-Germain to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a Champagne flute and top with Cava. Garnish with lemon twist.
