Tequila works surprisingly well with the bitter flavors of Campari in this easy pitcher cocktail. Añejo tequila complements the bright, sunny tangerine juice in the mix.

Tequila and Campari With Tangerine Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Campari

  • 1 cup añejo tequila

  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed tangerine juice from about 6 tangerines (see note)

  • 1 1/2 cups seltzer water

  • Garnish: 4 tangerine wedges

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine Campari, tequila, and tangerine juice. Fill pitcher with ice, top with seltzer, and gently stir to combine. Serve with tangerine wedges in each glass.

Notes

Tangelo juice can be used in place of tangerine.
