The Attention Cocktail from The Hawthorne Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Tanqueray gin
  • 3/4 ounces Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 1 barspoon absinthe
  • 1 barspoon Crème de Violette
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 two-inch piece lemon rind

Directions

  1. Combine gin, vermouth, absinthe, crème de violette, and bitters in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir. Strain and serve in a chilled coupe glass. Squeeze lemon rind over the top and rub around the rim. Serve.
