Todd Maul's Polaris Recipe

Serves 1 serving

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Plymouth Gin
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce St Germain
  • 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 ounce cognac

Directions

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add gin, lemon, St Germain, grapefruit juice, and cognac. Shake well, strain into chilled coupe glass.
