This summery gin cocktail is sweetened with watermelon juice and elderflower liqueur. At Lucy's, they use Waterloo gin.

Watermelon Crawl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin, such as Waterloo
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce fresh watermelon juice
  • Garnish: 1 lemon twist

Directions

  1. Add gin, St. Germain, and watermelon juice to cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 15 seconds.

  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon peel.
