Zoe is a food writer, recipe developer, and professional baker. Over the past 4 years, she has worked in pastry kitchens across the country. She churned ice cream at an artisanal creamery in Alabama, baked banana bread at a farm-bakery in Maui, and worked the line at a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC. When she's not baking hundreds of chocolate chip cookies, Zoe writes abut foundational baking techniques and smart cooking hacks. Formerly an associate editor at Bon Appétit and Epicurious, Zoe's writing has also appeared in WSJ Off Duty, New York Magazine, and Southern Living. Her recipes have been published in Bon Appétit and Epicurious.
